Cancellation Policy
Sessions can be rescheduled or cancelled free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice are charged at the full session rate, except in cases of illness or emergency. Package sessions do not expire mid-term and unused sessions roll over within the validity period stated above.
